KNOW YOUR RIGHTS: Landowners & Interstate Carbon Pipelines
(Thursday, Nov. 18, 12:00 p.m. CT)

Landowners on the proposed Summit or Navigator pipeline routes and their neighbors are encouraged to register to join our call / webinar with local grassroots groups for landowners in the impacted states (NE, IA, SD, ND, MN, KS, IL) — to learn how they can protect their property rights, and stop the risky carbon pipelines threatening the Midwest.

Hear from attorney Brian Jorde of Domina Law Group (which successfully represented a co-op of Keystone XL landowners vs. eminent domain), and landowner groups in Nebraska, Iowa, and other states impacted by proposed carbon pipeline projects from Summit, Navigator, and Tallgrass.

We’ll also provide an overview of the risks of carbon pipelines, and how Big Oil and Gas are marketing this scheme as a false solution to our climate crisis that makes taxpayers pay to clean up these billion-dollar corporations’ generations of pollution in our communities.

(Are you an impacted landowner on the Summit or Navigator proposed pipeline route? Please fill out this form to receive updates and learn more about your legal rights as a landowner, and why you should not sign a voluntary easement.)

SPEAKERS:

  • Jane Kleeb, founder of Bold Nebraska, Bold Alliance & Pipeline Fighters Hub
