Update on Lawsuit Challenging Summit Carbon Pipeline Permit Approval in North Dakota

Last week, several North Dakota counties filed briefs asking for oral argument in their case challenging the North Dakota Public Service Commission’s approval of a permit for Summit Carbon Solutions’ proposed CO2 pipeline.

Briefs in the case were also filed by the Public Service Commission, and Summit.

Summit and the PSC asked the court that there be no oral argument.
