Illinois Coalition to Stop CO2 Pipelines: Carbon Capture & Storage Webinar

The Coalition to Stop CO2 Pipelines, a grassroots organization based in Illinois, and the state’s Eco-Justice Collaborative, produced a webinar in November 2023 featuring representatives from The Illinois Environmental Council and organizers from the Coalition to Stop CO2 Pipelines, providing insights into the Illinois legislative process and how regulations can help address growing concerns over the implementation of carbon capture, transport and storage (CCS) in the state. The webinar video and associated slide deck, which provide a useful overview of CCS technology, are provided here, along with instructions on how to submit an objection to Wolf’s proposed CO2 pipeline with the Illinois Commerce Commission:
